We contacted DeAnna to help plan a wedding ceremony that was based on different wedding traditions from around the world, including hand-fasting.
She gave us suggestions from which we could choose our favorites, including helping with the wedding vows.

In 1990, when Julian and I were a new couple, we were invited to attend a Relationship Program for couples. “Why?” I asked my coach who invited us, “we’ve been together for only six months, we’re madly in love, we didn’t even have a fight yet. Why would we want to come to a couples program?”
The answer stayed with me ever since: “You don’t have to be sick in order to get better!”
Julian and I went through that program, and the set of relationship skills we learned there sustains us to this day. It’s the wind beneath our wings and what nourishes the longevity of our relationship.
What we learned felt so practical, relevant, and easy-to-use, that I took the next step and trained professionally to offer these Win-Win Relationship Skills to others.
For years I held a thriving Relationship Coaching practice, but decided to focus on
working with couples in the early stages of their love,
before they accumulate much baggage, in order to teach them
how to avoid accumulating baggage in the first place!

Celebrate your Mile Stones
When our daughter was six months old, it dawned on me that she has been in the world less than a full pregnancy. I created a ceremony for her, which we celebrated with family and friends when she reached nine months, to honor her “1st pregnancy out of the womb”.
Ceremonies are the most meaningful way to mark special occasions in your life, while being witnessed and celebrated by your loved ones.
Over the years I enjoyed co-creating ceremonies for people who wished to mark a myriad of mile stones, such as conception, adoption, family blending, coming of age, book publishing, winning a battle with terminal illness, overcoming an emotional trauma, sobriety, baby & bridal showers, anniversaries, house blessings, memorials, and others.
We felt so held and supported by DeAnna, that several years later we asked her to facilitate our first son’s baby blessing!
